  * Fixed upload/download counting, they were reverse mapped to src/dst user
  * Created a 'regen-accounting' script which will recreate the hours table from the raw_hours table

  * Rewrote parse-accounting.php to:
    * Use illuminate/database for DB functionality
    * Support multiple MikroTik accounting routers
    * Support OpenVPN user mapping
